As you use the service of FareCry, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions laid by the company. We request you to go through the terms and conditions given below before moving forward with your booking.

1. Ticket booking: Ticket booking from our platform is subject to availability at the end of the aviation company. While booking a cruise, the confirmation depends on availability, eligibility, and payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a booking at our discretion.
2. Payment: While we accept various payment methods, your payment method has to be one of them. The prices of the cruise and air tickets are given in a specific currency on the booking screen. Your booking is confirmed only when you make the payment in full unless mentioned otherwise.
3. Documents Liability: Your passport and visa are your liability. You need to ensure that you possess a valid passport and visa. FareCry is not responsible for any dispute in your travel documents or the expiry of the passport and visa.
4. Cancellation and Refund: Cancellation and refund are subject to the airline's policy and the time regime they follow. Each airline and cruise company has its own cancellation and refund policy and is recommended to go through the same. FareCry may place some cancellation charges on its own. Refund is generally processed to the payment account.
5. Limited Liability: FareCry is an intermediatory company that connects you to cruise lines and aviation companies. We have no liability if there is any issue with the services provided by the aviation company or cruise. Any loss, damage, or breach of terms by the service provided is not the liability of FareCry. You also confirm to keep FareCry and its associates unharmed if there is an extra cost, loss, or damage if it arises out of your breach of terms and conditions.
6. Changes and Modifications: If you wish to change your booking to a different date or want to upgrade or downgrade your cabin on a cruise, it will solely depend on availability. You may incur some extra costs for changing your reservations. A specific cruise line can change or modify its itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances like weather conditions, calamities, and operational difficulties. While we don’t have any hold in such unforeseen circumstances, we will promptly notify you about the same.
7. Jurisdiction: The terms and conditions mentioned here are governed by the law of the country and are subject to the country you are traveling to.
8. Privacy Policy: We have an esteemed privacy policy that governs us in collecting and storing your data. We ensure to protect your personal information according to our internal privacy policy regime.
